We collect only the basic personal information that can be used to communicate with you to better serve you

Any other personal information shouldn't be and will not be collected by the company nor by any employee or the board members such as your home address, IP address, your client's information, your employee's information, payment information like credit or debit card, Paypal.

No discriminatory questions based on race, social affiliation, colour, religion, or belief will be asked of you. THE COMPANY applies zero tolerance and does not accept any prejudice discrimination or racist acts.


Only employees working in the marketing field and the board of directors would know the Owner's personal information collected and every employee shall sign a non-disclosure agreement to enhance the protection of our clients.

 

However, we may share this information with a law representative who detains legal authorization.  



4. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The information collected is stored on the WIX portal website and possibly other locations. This information will be deleted at the end of your service agreement with the client (restaurant)

THE COMPANY is committed to protecting the client's personal information collected, not to transmit it to third parties without permission, and to respect the purposes for which personal information was collected.

If the integrity, confidentiality or security of your personal information is compromised, the Controller is committed to notifying you.

You have the right to withdraw your personal information and have it deleted from the WIX system. For example, if you had permitted us to use your name and image on our website or if you have simply been our customer in the past. You have the right to request that your personal information does not appear on the website or withdraw from our database.

Personal information we collect is stored in a WIX DATABASE. THE COMPANY will not store any data in any of its storage premises or Backup.

However, We are committed to protecting our internal infrastructure to ensure maintaining a high degree of confidentiality by integrating the latest technological innovations that allow us to ensure the confidentiality of your transactions. Nevertheless, no mechanism can ensure complete security and transmitting personal information on the Internet always entails a part of the risk.
